1. LogicMinds · AI agency

    The method
    is the product.

We automate the workflows that eat your week, build the cloud, web, mobile, and web3 software behind them, and get your team fluent in AI fast. Every build runs on the same seven habits. Scroll to see them take shape.

  2. 01 · Core

    The idea, written down.

One job on day one. A spec the machines can build from and a human can argue with. Everything else bolts onto this.

  3. 02 · Eyes

    It reviews its own work.

Tooling that lets the model see its output, test it, and fix it before a human ever looks. The product improves while you sleep.

  4. 03 · Head

    It remembers.

Every spec, decision, prompt, and postmortem becomes a playbook the next product reads. The third one is cheaper than the second.

  5. 04 · Antennas

It talks to people, and to other bots.

Named checkpoints where a human decides, and clean handoffs between agents. Every call leaves a record of what and why.

  6. 05 · Arms

    It builds.

Agent pipelines that scaffold, test, and deploy without anyone typing. Machines draft; humans decide.

  7. 06 · Legs

    It stands on its own.

Accounts, billing, onboarding, monitoring. The boring parts already exist, so it walks out the door as a business, not a demo.

  8. 07 · Chest plate

    It keeps secrets.

Sensitive data runs on hardware we control. Cloud models only see what's safe to send. Private by default.

  9. Shipped

The product is just what walks out the door.

Everything above it is where we come in. And every product leaves the bot a little sharper for the next one.

Services

What we build for you.

An AI agency that ships. Bring us the problem; we scope it in days, build it in weeks, and stay until your team can run it.

  1. Workflow automation

    Kill the copy-paste.

We map the work your people repeat every day, then wire AI agents into the tools you already run, with a human sign-off wherever a mistake would cost you. Fewer handoffs, faster turnaround, and a record of every step.

    • Intake, triage, and routing
    • Document and data extraction
    • Reports, reminders, and client follow-ups
    • Glue between your CRM, inbox, and practice software
  2. Cloud infrastructure

    Foundations that hold up.

Cloud buildouts on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, written as code so they're repeatable and reviewable. Including private AI hosting when your data can't go to a public model.

    • Infrastructure as code
    • CI/CD and deploy pipelines
    • Private model hosting and AI gateways
    • Security, backup, and cost baselines
  3. Web & mobile apps

From a sentence to a shipped app.

Marketing sites, customer portals, internal tools, and MVPs for the web, iOS, and Android. Scoped in days, shipped in weeks, with AI features only where they earn their keep.

    • iOS and Android apps
    • Subscriptions, payments, and sign-up flows
  4. Web3 software

    On-chain, done carefully.

Smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized apps, built with the same review discipline as the multi-chain work behind Pacto. We'll also tell you when a plain database would do the job better.

    • EVM smart contracts
    • Embedded wallets and on-chain payments
    • Governance and treasury tooling
    • Nostr and decentralized messaging
  5. AI enablement

Your team, up to speed fast.

Hands-on AI handholding for owners and teams who know they're behind. We pick the right tools with you, set the ground rules for your data, and build the first automations side by side until your people can run them alone.

    • Tool selection and AI usage policy
    • Live working sessions with your team

Proof

The products are the receipts.

Each one started as a sentence and went through the same loop. Each one left the loop sharper for the next.

  1. Stop guessing how payment providers affect your 1099s.

A decision engine that tells accountants whether a payment is 1099-NEC, 1099-K, or not reportable, based on provider, funding source, and payment method. Seventy-plus providers, a moderated expert forum, and a printable decision tree.

    Folded back
Gave the method its subscription, community, and content stack. Ship the decision engine first; grow the community around it.
    For
    CPAs, bookkeepers, and tax pros
    Built with
    Next.js · Subscriptions · Community
  2. Pacto

    In development

    Private, censorship-resistant community organizing.

Encrypted messaging over Nostr with governance and treasury on EVM and Aztec chains, all from one embedded wallet. No KYC, no central server to seize. A Tauri desktop app with a Rust core.

    Folded back
Hardened the desktop, cryptography, and multi-chain tooling. Proved the loop works on a security-critical codebase with multiple contributors.

Communities that need to organize without permission
    Built with
    Rust · Tauri · SvelteKit · Nostr
  3. Buelltune

    In the lab

    AI-assisted tuning for Buell motorcycles.

Reads ECM data, explains what the maps are actually doing, and suggests the next safe change in plain language. Built for riders who would rather ride than decode hex tables.

    Folded back
The pattern for turning opaque domain data into plain-language guidance a non-expert can act on safely.
    For
    Buell owners and tuners
    Built with
    ECM data · LLM assist

Work with us

Speed, packaged.

Every service comes three ways: we diagnose it, we build it, or we teach your team to own it. Start wherever you are.

Audit

Find what to automate first.

Two weeks inside how your team works today. You get a written map of every handoff, wait, and rework loop, ranked by what automating it would save, and the three builds that pay back first.

Good fit: Teams that know they're slow and want a diagnosis, not a pitch.

Build

We build it, run it, hand it over.

Any of the services above, delivered end to end. Sensitive data stays inside your walls, with human checkpoints and an audit trail built in. Then we operate it with you until it's yours.

Good fit: Teams that know what they need and want it shipped.

Teach

Make your people the stewards.

AI handholding with a curriculum behind it, for the people who'll own the work after we leave. How to write a spec an agent can build from, where to put the human gates, how to fold learning back in.

Good fit: Anyone who'd rather own the capability than rent it.

Async by default. A written brief beats a discovery call.

The studio

16 years of shipping. The last few taught us how to ship fast.

LogicMinds was founded in 2010 in Portland, Oregon. For most of that time we built and ran systems for other companies. What we kept from it is a conviction: the way work moves through a team matters more than any single thing the team makes.

So the studio now runs as an AI agency. It automates workflows and builds infrastructure and software for clients with one repeatable loop, ships its own products the same way, and teaches the loop to the teams it works with. It's run by Corey Osman. Clear writing beats meetings, and every decision is documented so it can be picked up from anywhere.
