Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form and anonymous traffic counts. No cookies, no ads, no selling your data.
Effective October 1, 2026
Who we are
Logic Minds Corp, based in Portland, Oregon, runs logicminds.biz. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Logic Minds Corp.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message. The form is handled by Formspree, which also records technical details such as your IP address and browser to block spam and keep its service secure.
When you browse the site: anonymous usage statistics through Umami Cloud: pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser, operating system, device type, and country. Your IP address is used to look up your approximate location and is never stored. Visits are grouped by an anonymous identifier that changes regularly, so we can't single you out or follow you over time.
Server logs: the service hosting this site may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and reliability.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising pixels, social media trackers, or third-party scripts that follow you to other sites. Because we don't track you across sites at all, the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How we use it
We use contact form messages only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We use the analytics to see which pages are read and how people find us. We won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: Formspree for the contact form and Umami for analytics. Both may process data in the United States. We don't sell or rent personal information or share it for advertising. We'll disclose information only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages as long as we need them to reply and for ordinary business records. Analytics are kept only in anonymous, aggregate form. Email privacy@logicminds.biz and we'll delete your messages.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email privacy@logicminds.biz and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
